Divya, a student of 1st PUC also has a story to tell us. As a nine year old girl she lost her dear father. She and her siblings were brought to Auxilium Navajeevana, Vijayanagar. She had a bridge course to cope up with the syllabus of the class to which she was joined. Then she was brought to Navajeevana Rainbow home, Chamarajpet. “Rainbow Homes” an NGO run by “Rainbow Foundation India” in collaboration with Navajeevana, Chamarajpet. She was interested in books and very good at studies and other activities. Seeing the capacity of the child she was joined to the school immediately. She proved herself true to the expectations and passed the SSLC exams with 84% of marks. She also stood first in BBMP School, Chamarajpet. She was recognized with cash Awards, Certificate of merits, gifts of books.

“Now I have joined Jyothi PU College at Kammanahalli and stay at Auxilium Navajeevana”, says Divya.

She believes all these were made possible by the Sisters of Navajeevana who work untiringly for the welfare of girls like me and the others. Thanks dear Sisters. May you reach out to many girls!
