Valli

I am Valli, staying at Auxilium Navajeevana, Chamarajpet. I am studying 1st B.Com. at St. Theresa’ College, Chamarajpet. I would like to share myself.

When I was small girl we were together with my family, we are five children, four sisters one brother, I am the eldest among the siblings. Mother was sickly and father had his own ways. My mother was working as a maid servant also suffering from cancer. Whatever my father works and earns he finishes of with drinks and comes home troubles mother and us. When I was just 12 years old I lost my mother. The family for whom my mother was working took care of us and the Aunty brought us to Auxilium Navajeevana, Chamarjpet.

The then Superior of the home Sr. Annakutty loved us like a mother and took care us. I was joined to school for class 4, I was not interested to go or school, but gave me a bridge course and was joined me to 7th std at Chamrajpet. After an year I joined Jyothi High School Kammanahalli and started living at Navajeevana at Kammanahalli. The sisters gave me a new hope and confidence to study and I passed 10th std with good marks (68%). As for me and my sisters the Auxilium Navajeevana has given us new life. They are everything to us, we are educated, given a good formation, making us to stand on our own legs. All these were possible just because of our good Sisters of Auxilium Navajeevana.

I did my P.U.C in English medium which helped me to have a little more confidence. I was encouraged to work hard as a result I passed my PUC with good marks. I am interested in Sports, Dance, Drama, and Speech. I participated many sports and games events and I got prizes. All these boosted my life a lot. At present I am continuing my studies.

From the bottom of my heart I say a BIG THANKS to ALL MY DEARST SISTERS OF NAVAJEEVANA” for making me what I am today.

My sisters too are in Navajeevana and they too are growing steadily. The valves they have given us hold well or our life. Our founders Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello is living with us through your good works, I can see our Founders on your faces dear sisters of Navajeevana, like me and my sisters many more may enjoy your goodness, care and love. We pray God to bless you all dear sisters.
